Returns Policy

If what you have received is not as you expected and you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a full refund on the return of your purchase within 10 days of receipt providing that the items returned are in their original packaging and in a same new and undamaged condition.

If what you have received is damaged by transport or there is obvious factory default, we will gladly offer you a replacement item or if unavailable, a full refund on the return of your purchase.

Received damaged goods must be advised by e-mail within 2 days of receipt of purchase.

Refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Shipping charges on the returned goods are customer’s responsibility unless the return is an error on behalf of ENTINO.

Stock Availability

If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately or if a product is sold out we will contact you via email or phone, to advise you of the next availability or an alternative.

If a refund is due, we will forward it to you without hesitation.
